基本要求：
I. Job Objectives:
To lead a team of illustrators to complete the job of illustration & line art, and ensure the assignments meet the requirements
II. Key Result Areas:
1. Supervision of illustrators
2. Quality control
3. Team development and provide Training
4. Job arrangement
III. Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
• To prepare the necessary materials for the illustrators such as finding reference, layout drawing, briefing and demonstration for each jobs---------------------------------------------------------------------------(35%)
• Quality control-------------------------------------------------------(25%)
• Find reference book-------------------------------------------------(10%)
• Scheduling for jobs--------------------------------------------------(10%)
Leadership
• To coach and mentor the illustrators to enhance performance and productivity and illustration skill-----------------------------------(20%)
IV. Key Relationships:
• Internal Working Relationships:
R&D (Product & packaging Groups)
• External Working Relationships:
N/A
V. Education:
• Bachelor degree in Arts or other related displines
VI. Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years hand painting, with at least 3 years in supervisory position, preferably well-versed of computer and hand drawing.
VII. Skills:
• Knowledge of using graphic computer
• Skill of hand painting
